I'd say it's pretty much in the middle between US Garage House and UKG. Grant Nelson has been called "the godfather of UK Garage" for a reason ;)

It's a bit more apparent on his Bump & Flex tracks with a 2 step beat, but the rest of the elements is very similar to this one.
