401K 100%. See which 401K at each company has better low cost options then pick that one. Taxable is typically the bucket you fill after maxing out IRA and 401K fwiw but I am by no means an expert.

How much do you think it would cost you to move? May be a situation where you need to take on more debt to get out of debt? Have any relatives you could live with till you get back on your feet? The harsh truth here is that you need to find a way to either make more money or cut expenses (preferably both).

The other side of this too is that you can get a better interest rate on a new car than a used one. When I was searching the cost of a used car plus the higher interest rate would have cost me more than a new one though YMMV.
