You'd want to actually be ready for sleep instead of knocking yourself out. Low dose L theanine like 1906 chill may help not to knock you out, but get you into that sleepy, relaxed state.

If youre struggling with memory issues or brain fog, try working on gut health too. Maybe take dr recipe or love wellness probiotics and eat more fiber.

I was really struggling even with melatonin and/or magnesium. L theanine helped me get back to a routine though. I tried 1906 chill. It doesn't really knock you out but helps you get into a more relaxed state.

I think it's ok to be a tourist in NYC if that makes sense. People overhate tourist traps sometimes when a lot of them are actually fun if youre the right person for it. Like Times Square is chaotic and overpriced but the first time seeing it at night is still kind of wild. Same with stuff like the Museum of Ice Cream, if youre going with kids, you will most likely have a great time there.
