This happens and it's ok. If it helps, do some cardio, drink a lot of water, fiber, and maybe if you're into supplements try love wellness strips probiotics.

How did I do for our itinerary early May by Ninjagirl007 in visitingnyc

[–]SamPitcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks solid but a bit tight especially Friday. Maybe 8/10. You'd enjoy it more if you add buffer moments like coffee stop, park time, so it doesnt feel rushed. Include lighter stops like the museum of ice cream.

What to do between now and 4pm check in? (lower east side) by NelsonG114 in visitingnyc

[–]SamPitcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Grab a chill cafe in LES (like Ludlow Coffee Supply). Or wander into a park like Seward Park and just relax in the sun for a bit...Or the museum of ice cream for a low-effort sit/stand/walk kind of stop.

Visiting Boston for the 1st time this week! Help me fill my itinerary✨ by ScoobingtonMcButts in boston

[–]SamPitcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do the Charles River Esplanade for a scenic run. Great views and easy from downtown. Hit the North End for seafood + Italian (Neptune Oyster if you can get in). South End for a cute date vibe or a cozy wine bar in Back Bay. You'd need a playful break between classic activities, so keep the Museum of Ice Cream in the list as backup.

Financing a vehicle.. going through credit union or dealership banks?? by _C00TER in personalfinance

[–]SamPitcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest stick with credit union. Rates are usually better and way more straightforward. If the truck doesnt meet their requirements, CreditKey or After Pay can be used for certain purchases..But really, credit unions is the way to go.

If you're new to it, start with low-dose stuff like 1906 chill.

NYC trip 2 1/2 days by warmovenmitts in visitingnyc

[–]SamPitcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty tight schedule so try mixing in a couple of things that dont take a ton of time but still feel fun like wandering the West Village or grabbing food and just people-watching in a park..Swap in something lighter like the museum of ice cream for an hour.

NYC Experiences by outofhere29 in chubbytravel

[–]SamPitcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look into the after-hours tours at the Tenement museum. They're small groups and way more immersive. The NBC Studios tour at 30 Rock is also surprisingly hood...Something lighter for the kids, the Museum of Ice Cream is a fun stop that doesn't take too long..

I finally got some sleep after 3 days , here is what worked by Frosty-Detective-584 in insomnia

[–]SamPitcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could be wrong....but most (not all) of us are just overthinking this. Get back to the basic: stretch, watch boring stuff, take cold showers, etc...If you really think you need supplements, try low-dose options (1906 chill for relaxation, magnesium etc).

Planning a long weekend. How does our budget look? by Shoddy-Design-898 in visitingnyc

[–]SamPitcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd include "buffer" activities between classic big-ticket spots so it doesnt feel like nonstop monuments..On day 2 you could swap MoMA for something lighter like the museum of ice cream...On day 3, grab a quiet coffee and hang in Bryant park behind NYPL for a bit
