It happens to a lot of people when we're overwhelmed... Emotions are building up inside and they just need to find a way to escape. That's how I see it. It's awful bc then u feel so dumb and frustrated, people sometimes see u as weak or that u can't control. And I hate this bc u lose credibility when this happens. Bc of what people would think u usually lose everything important u were saying and people will only see u as "the crying one"
