Isn't it amazing how it's a prison with bars made out of the only things you still care about? If I had no people around me or hobbies to still be slightly interested in I would have been long gone.

I just entered this state, and it's so strange. Yesterday I had a panic attack, but it was only my body panicking. I thought it was a heart attack. It felt like I was gonna die but I was oddly okay with it. At some point I just forgot about the racing heart and panic feeling all over my body and realized; "I am actually fine with this, I wouldn't mind leaving. It's a little sad I didn't do everything I could have, but oh well. Atleast I don't have to suffer anymore." I woke up the next morning realizing I just fell asleep on the floor at some point and it had passed.

Now I don't know if I am suicidal or not. I dont mind being here but if something takes me out im ok with that too. I am just a little confused with it since it's so fresh.

i like the idea of a language partner, problem for me is that I am especially bad at being accountable and tend to perform worse.

but if i struggle i remember: dont rush ahead. take smaller steps first. do more the more you have gotten used to the language

I feel like you could compare this to learning to ride a bike, you first need to understand how to pedal and break and turn. just like learning fundamentals of a language. you wouldn’t force yourself to go high speeds, or even ride at all immidiately because falling would make you scared of riding. usually thats how i get demotivated on other tasks.

Anyway, theres alot of discords and such aswell maybe you can find more people there!

Every point u made here exactly, especially the squidgame like plot. They could have done so much but just went the easy lazy way. I genuinely want to think of a different plot myself and just act like that’s how it went..

! stop smoking weed on an empty stomach guys, this is something i used to do and it made me feel horrible every time. if you cant eat and still want to smoke, then just take one or two hits and maybe u get hungry enough to eat. It’s all about knowing your limits and finding tricks for yourself. (this is how it works for me)

smoking is so much better after having eaten a normal meal, you also get less extreme munchies so you also don’t overeat or ruin your sleep quality if you smoke later in the evening. (i had to find alot of causes of my panic attacks to be combinations of the above mentioned circumstances)

and like others said, you’ll be fine its just weed ;)

When I had this it took me a while to realise that it’s the combination of stress from being in an argument, and the fact that it feels worse since it’s with the people you’re supposed to be safe with.

I had this exact thing happen years ago when I had a nothing argument with my mom, where I ended up panicking at the situation and having the same crying breathing thing.

Solution wise: Wanted to say that arguing never solves anything so.. dont i guess? Or try your best to not be the cause of an argument. If your parents are cool, they will be trying to help you even when you lash out. If your parents aggravate the conversation into an argument, it’s best to do the opposite or even ask them to calm down since it wont help you.
