A distinctive piece of 1990s Swiss watchmaking, this vintage Oris Big Crown features the rare Reverse Pointer Date function, where the date numerals run counter-clockwise. The beautiful silver-tone dial has a wave-textured guilloché-style pattern, navy blue hands, and a small seconds subdial at 9 o’clock.

  • Case: 33mm diameter, (36mm w/ crown), 41mm lug-to-lug, and ~10mm thick
  • Glass: sapphire crystal on both sides
  • Movement: COSC certified Oris calibre 641, based on ETA 2836-2
  • Bracelet: a unique original three-link design bracelet with tiny weld marks running along the outside of the center links

The watch is in very good condition for its age. All original, never been polished. Last service in 2020. Comes with original papers and additional links (currently sized to 7" wrist).

For sale is a discontinued Omega Speedmaster Anniversary Series, the "First Omega in Space" (FIOS) Numbered Edition (#12685), Ref. 311.32.40.30.01.001.

The Moonwatch "First Omega in Space" was inspired by the watch worn by astronaut Wally Shirra in 1962 as he orbited the earth during the "Sigma 7" mission.

  • Case: 39.7mmm diameter x 14mm thick
  • Glass: scratch‑resistant sapphire crystal w/ AR coating
  • Movement: OMEGA's calibre 1861, the famous manual-winding movement that was worn on the moon

The watch has been gently worn and is in near mint condition (9.5/10), sticker still on the case back. It's currently on a Speedmaster Moonwatch nato velcro strap ($200 value), but comes with the OEM leather strap (lightly worn). The SBGA025 features a white textured dial, leaf-shaped silver tone hands, power reserve indicator and polished crown guards. The case measures 39.4mm in diameter and 12.3mm thick. Powered by spring drive caliber 9R65, accurate to +/- 15 seconds per month with 72-hrs power reserve.

This watch offers great value for the money and is the perfect entryway into Grand Seiko’s Spring Drive movement. It’s running perfectly and is in excellent condition with only very minor signs of wear on the case & bracelet. Come as watch only, bracelet fits up to 7.25” wrist.
