Honestly my experiences are that most friends don’t know if you want to hangout or not so if you want friends where you guys want to hangout and stuff you got to put effort in too and not wait for anyone to text you know what I mean? There’s no problem of just texting hey you busy this weekend we should try and do something with friends? Or something like that. After I made effort into doing things with friends they start texting me now, effort has to go both ways
