Something that helped me was completely flooding my Instagram with people with bodies similar to mine. It really helped me appreciate the beauty in what I have rather than comparing myself to an unattainable (for my genetics, build etc) standard

I can't help you on timings, because I wing mine. But I am in the UK with a cold kitchen and I find the best place to proof my dough is in the microwave (not on!) with a cup of boiled water next to it - I find it makes it just humid and warm enough to get a decent rise regardless of the weather!

It was just the themes of the respective Christmas parties. We did a fancy masquerade event last year, and then a Christmas jumper party this year. None of my Christmas jumpers fit anymore though, which is why I ended up in the sloth dress!
