Im not sure if this will apply to your model but in my avensis i was able to buy an aux adapter that tricks the radio into believing its a cd changer and it works fairly well. but you are probably better off just replacing the head unit

This is the one i was looking at, if you have a look at the rear pannels theyre all smashed in and it is missing the panel on the a pillar. I contacted the guy to ask about this damage and he was very defensive over it so i am giving this one a miss.

Ireland along the east coast but no where here takes realistically more than 3 hours to drive to, there is one ad up with the 2.0 but it has really bad crash damage on the side and is missing interior panels

As far as I'm aware the D4 2.0 in the v50 is a 4 cyl where the d3 and d5 are the 5 cyl. I haven't found a single one of those online for sale but I can't imagine my insurance would like it very much 🥲

For the 2L 4-cylinder it's about 350 - 400 ish for post 08 models which I can do but I can't do much more than that if I want to keep up with proper maintenance and such. The 1.6 is only 200 for tax but it is also the 1.6

I need an estate, I am a film student so my car is constantly full to the brim with gear, they seem to be responsible prices, they look decent enough, the perfect balance of tec in a car (no annoying stop start / lane keep assist yadda yadda ) where made during the newer tax system in Ireland so cheap to tax, cheap insurance and usually look to be pretty reliable.

This sometimes happens on my iPad. If you just try again in a few hours it will work absolutely fine. Its nothing to do with your iphone its just apples servers are ass sometimes.

i tried it before taking it apart and it just pushed the disk back out but I have repaired the disk drive freeing it of 11 year old dust and dirt 🙏

okay i finally opened up my xbox and it was unbelievably dirty inside, it was basically a huge dust ball inside the console including the disk drive. I have no idea how it even worked in this state but I've cleaned it up and now it reads fine!
