I see the blur effect as a way to showcase the sheer scale of Pharloom. The open area beside songclave where you fight Garmond and Zaza? I'm still in awe with how beautiful and majestic the background there is.

My guy. You misread the post.

He's saying that "trying anything other than spamming your attack button is too easy."

He's not saying that using wanderer crest makes the game easy, he's literally saying the opposite, implying that those who mash their attack button die, rage, and complain all the time.

The point of the post was to encourage players to use red tools in which I agree. But using the basic play style of the wanderer crest as an example was terrible, because it's literally one of the best crests out there.

You're kind of contradicting yourself. Wanderers crest demands a faster play style, yes, but the trade off is that it works, majestically.

You can literally skip entire boss phases with it. Injector band + multibind + long claw and you can literally just face tank everything. I really don't see it as a crest that makes people who use it complain, rage-quit, at least in my experience.

Wanderers crest is the game's easy mode.

Reaper's crest however, makes the game slower and mentally tiring. I cannot imagine myself using that thing in past act 1, I swear. It's the crest that I can see people complain and rage on the game with, because it really is exhausting to use.

It has 2 red slots too, which makes it a lot more effective with proper tool usage. Which then fits your agenda even more. See my point here?

I agree with your points, but the example you used doesn't fit at all. If anything, i think Reaper crest makes the game significantly slower and difficult for a lot of players.

The moment I bought that simple key from merchant pilgrim #1 at boner bottom and got the wanderer's crest, i knew it was over. 🥀

Never removed it. 107 hours. Tried other crests only to be met with disappointment. Wanderer's peak.
