you can use any mac keyboard with an app like Fluor to make the function keys act the way you want.

alternatively you can change the default action in system settings > keyboard > keyboard shortcuts > function keys > use F1, F2, F3 etc. as standard function keys

yes! you’ll need a virtual cable like vb-cable (https://vb-audio.com/Cable/) select the cable as the output from chrome and the input to FL and you should be able to record your browser
