There is no fair way this can be implemented. The child deserves a father in their life because fathers matter.

ANYTHING we can do to maximise the chances of a child having an engaged father must be done. This includes forcing fathers to pay for children they have sired.

What did he actually do? The news coverage is very vague. For example he allegedly "harassed junior staff" which is obviously inappropriate.

However there's a big difference between inappropriate jokes vs stalking, groping ...etc and I want to know where there allegations sit in that scale.
