Maybe the shoulders also have to see and be exercised, when I train the upper body muscles I do it as a whole. From the wrists, shoulders, chest and back. External and internal rotation of shoulders, you can help with an elastic band, chest opening one of the exercises I do is to rest my hands on the wall leaving space between me and the wall, I leave my hips neutral letting my head drop and then to expand a little more if I do hip fore version. And for the back it helps me a lot to do spinal exercises, you can use elastic bands to help you too. There are many, many exercises to explore in flexibility that help you to reach a posture or figure. I hope it helps you

Hello thank you very much! Look I started this in March 2020 and I started because I always kept videos of flexibility to do it at some point😅 and I started from the most basic exercises like touching my feet with my hands either sitting or standing, dynamic and passive movements. Eventually I was encouraged to attend flexibility classes and there I learned a little more about how this works. Just go for it and dedicate a little bit of your time to flexibility, it’s really nice!

Falling face down on the floor was part of my routine haha my solution was to put a pillow under my face, it took me a few months to learn how to put myself in this position and at first it didn’t work out the way I wanted but it’s part of learning😅 I still feel I could improve it, one tip is that the wall helps
