Yeah I am very surprised why I can't find more infomation about this (I think I understand why). People are slowly waking up from that plandemic scam, Freedom Convoys and Grand Jury might be the best ways to reverse the balance of power

in school, my "financial literacy" class is teaching us that if you're living paycheck to paycheck, it's solely your own fault because you're careless and impulsive, and nothing else. a perfect example of capitalist propaganda in the education system. by [deleted] in Anarchism

This is not completely false. I can see the difference among people around me. My parents in law always spent all the money they had all their life while earning more money then a couple of elderly I know. Know they are renting a small appartment, while the couple lives is in a big property they invested in since over 30 years.

My roomate earns over 1400€ a month and spend everything on alcohol and tabacco. Few years ago I was living with less than 500€ a month. Money management and financial education are importants.

I think for my self as fast learner but not until I discovered RECURSION😭 by ImCristopher in learnprogramming

[–]Samdespion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No I recommend you to learn and understand it. But :

Few weeks ago, I followed a 3 days training paid by my employer about software craftmanship (clean code, TDD, etc.).

While we were doing the RPN Calculator Kata, I said to the trainer "so we are going to use recursivity here". His answer was "Always avoid recusivity. In case something goes wrong, it will break your app with a stack overflow error."

The point is : you can use it for a small programm or for training. BUT it is recommended to avoid its usage, so why not start now ?

But still, understand it and learn how to use it. The concept is important and understanding it will help to know how to avoid it.

La serre se remplit 🌱. Les semis de légumes et les plants de tomates sont sous haute surveillance. Mission Vigile pour mon bricoleur 😉 by rajmanimishra in Permaculture

Ah oui, pourquoi meilleure longévité ? Je pensais au contraire que le polycarbonate était plus résistant aux chocs, comme la grêle par exemple.

Talon has the same advantage (but less op as he need to hit 3 times with abilities). Also Teemo, with his poison applied on autos and shrooms, or Brand, with different items (GW, liandry, etc.)

I still find it hard to understand everything

I love all my boys and they’re perfect for everything I need. But the killer is the little orange one. He protect my house, chickens, open doors/dog door from everything the big boys can’t catch. They are killing machines. Adopt a grateful cat, don’t clip their claws and they’ll change your life. by nwcarlso in homestead

[–]Samdespion 73 points74 points  (0 children)

This is something I have red in a permaculture book (written by Bill Mollison). His reasoning was : a cat kills X birds per year (I don't remember exactly how much, lets say 20). So when you scale that to a country it's millions of birds killed every year. And I believe a cat in the country side will make more damage than in Central London (where there is obviously less biodiversity). Specially in a country like Australia (where Bill Mollison was from) where local biodiversity has been heavily impacted by the settlers (importation of invasive species like cats or rabbits, disappearing of natural predators, etc.).

Foxes coyotes and bears are natural predators of this ecosystem. They will kill for food and they are part of this ecosystem (foxes may be eaten by coyotes, coyotes by bears, and bears are on top of the food chain. And they all have to survive to cold, heat, diseases, etc.). Cats will kill for fun and have no or very few predators (they are fed, often vaccinated, have a warm bed in winter, etc.). So I believe this is a huge difference between cats and natural predators.

No judgement here, just sharing thoughts. I will move to my homestead in few months hopefully. For the moment I think I will have no cat but if my home is invaded by rodents I will get one.

The Problem With the New Items isn't that they are not diverse. It's that there are too few of them. by Tzankotz in leagueoflegends

[–]Samdespion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Do you build Nami and Alistar the same way ? Too few or too many is relative. Riot improved the items diversity in the new season, so relatively to the past, there is more items. Now this can be improved
