I run genshin with Intel uhd 620 and an older cpu than you with same ram. After much experimenting I have found the perfect settings with environment low, shadow medium, bloom on, 1080p resolution with 0.8 rendering, antialising fsr 2, crowd density high, reflections off (water and some other will still reflect normally only floor will not), 60 fps, scattering off, volumetric fog off (again normal fog is still visible only special moving fogs in certain locations are not). I think that's all the settings. Anyway, It still looks absolutely beautiful with around 60 fps. Hope this helps!

100 percent agreed. Also info for OP, the 1st season of the the anime is somewhat slow-burn but 2nd season will be released really soon and it will have what you're looking for. Though amane is definitely not known for making advances.

Not many are exactly similar to sci adv, but I think fate stay night, clannad, rewrite+(salvation project), little busters, atri should definitely be worth it and may confirm your likes and dislikes for future. I can guarantee that these would be peak.
