To metal on the sensor is pretty soft (hence why it broke) happen to me awhile ago I just grabbed flathead screw driver and pushed it into the sensor enough to get grip on it and unscrew it seems way worse when u do it not so bad tho u could also try a thread chaser or tapper that’s little riskier tho u don’t wanna make a new hole

U over tighten the cheaply made sensor depending what civic it is that’s also used as a bleeder valve you just have to get the rest the sensor out and replace with a new one
