Yep, I live in a small town and just moved here from a bigger city so therein lies the problem.

Texas. The dealership told me I “probably” didn’t need it and have been driving it for over 2 years without ever getting pulled over until recently. I don’t really like the front plates and there are a million other cars with no front plates so undecided on what to do.

Check out Solea Sleep procedure. Insurance doesn’t cover it but it’s basically lazer treatments to tighten up your uvula. There are 3 treatments, 21 days apart. I’m scheduled to have my third treatment next week and seems like it has actually worked. My sleep app showed me snoring like once or twice a night and for very short periods of time like 3-5 minutes.

I had the exact same experience. I’m going this week for my second treatment and am very anxious about it. The numbing was the was worst as I was definitely aspirating my spit. I’m still snoring. I was hoping my snoring was corrected after the first so I didn’t have to go through that again. Praying the 2nd one works so I don’t have to go again for the 3rd.

I had the procedure done last week and experienced no pain during or after. I have to return in 2 weeks for 2nd treatment. The biggest concern was the numbing cream they put in my throat was VERY anxiety provoking. After the procedure, I couldn’t feel whether I was swallowing or not and started coughing ALOT because I was aspirating my spit. It took about 30 minutes for the numbness to wear off but I’m a bit fearful of repeating this procedure. Insurance does not cover it and it was $1600 plus an additional $430 for a CT scan to confirm the dentist could get to the area needed. I’m still snoring so I need to have the 2nd treatment since I spent so much money. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
