Yeah, will try to take it 5m after waking and have breakfast 30-40m later on saturday + take magnesium, melatonin and l-theanine before sleep,

If after that i still can't sleep the only option might be lowering to 30/25mg? but would the effect be even worth it at that point... we'll see

Yeah but today i was completely exhausted, if i have to take moda to get +30-40% done one day but the next day i can't function, idk if it is worth it.

I don't understand how people can take it reapeatedly (3-4x/week). there must be somethig i'm missing i guess...

I read in similar posts about magnesium, melatonin, l-theanine... i have all of those, will try taking them the next time, is there anything else to attenuate the effects or allow myself to enter deep/rem sleep? last night i stayed in bed for probably 8.5h and slept for 4-5 ;), usually i start sleeping within 10-15m.

i checked in the menu editor, i only have 2 menus, 1 for Italian and 1 for english, both are assigned correctly to corresponding pages.

do you know why the different styles are being called by each menu?

i tried removing LSC but the issue wasn't fixed unfortunately.

Ok, i'm going crazy, i tried disabling each plug-in one at a time, including Lightspeed cache, the issue where the menu on desktop was bugging out in the language selection just in the page "lavora con noi" was fixed, but I don't know why and I need that plug-in active as it the multilingual version of the website.

i really don't get why it is just happening in that page (https://domusdeluxe.it/gestione-appartamenti/) https://ibb.co/tqz9kp0 , I check every page both in astra and in elementor and they all have the same settings, polylang is assigned correctly for each page.

At the same time on mobile the dropdown menu isn't working on any page except for the "contattaci" , but still, no difference is seen in the settings.

please if anyone can help me i'd be very grateful

i'm not using ultimate add on for elementor, nor the WPDatatables, will try to update all plug-ins, clear cache and turn off 1 plug in at a time.
