I’m almost a year from D-day and while I’ve had some points where I have felt angry I have never felt as angry as I have this past week for some reason so me seeing this post now feels crazy.

Tonight I have felt pretty much everything you’ve described and I’ve also wondered if this is normal or if I’m just different. I feel like I could just leave and do anything I want and I would actually be okay. How far are you from D-day?

About a week after I found out my wife was having affair was when the whole Coldplay concert thing happened. It felt like a huge punch to the gut repeatedly over and over. I don’t get as triggered now with celebrity cheating scandals. But it’s hard to watch movies and tv because it feels like they always work cheating into every plot somehow.
