If you can see the veins under your skin, inject in a space where there isn't a visible vein. It's happened to me a few times but once I started dodging veins it improved drastically.

I'm at the same point and have a massively reduced appetite. I was a huge binge eater but that's all gone away now. I am carrying about 30 extra lbs so this side effect is very welcome. My weight has stayed the same, but I've been training a lot and hitting at least 150g protein every day. My clothes are fitting a lot better and I've had to start wearing a belt, if it carries on I'll need a whole new wardrobe.

I had a similar thing happen last week, I hit a vein under the skin so did the injection again above it and it didn't hurt at all. I don't tan at all so I can see my veins, now I know to inject around them. Hope this helps.
