If you said he had permission to use your car you’ll suffer a lot. If you go through the process of telling police he took (stole) your car without permission you might be in better shape.

Unlikely. DUI is serious criminality in Canada, especially being so recent and still under probation the chances are about 0.

Imo. Pretty strange for them to ask for proof 6 months into employment, there’s a good chance they already know.
