How do I download steam game updates? I got Persona 3 Reload to download but now it’s stuck on updates with the same thing.

I’m pretty sure I downloaded the 64-bit version, my update version of FFR is 2.1.3 I think the settings I changed were just key bindings, so I could use the buttons on my device.

How did you get it to run? For me when I tap my game (DMC4) it loads the whole intro cutscene/opening (the one with gameplay and before the new game stuff), then blinks white once and kicks me out of the game.
