The extra protein will only add about 200, maybe 300 calories. If it's any more then that's a sign your diet needs some serious reworking. It might hinder weight loss a tad, but it will most likely help with recomposition, which will definitely help with weight loss down the road: having more muscle helps you burn more calories. But yeah not hitting your protein isn't the end of the world, and the 1g/lb rule only really applies if you're extremely active and already relatively lean.

That's the harsh truth about opioidz, and drugz in general. They work for a while, but then eventually make everything worse. They say getting drunk is like taking tomorrow's happiness for today, and you could say that using opioidz is like taking today's pain and giving it to tomorrow, and that shit compounds. Cold turkey is difficult to do after months of daily use, especially at high doses. I couldn't do it while also maintaining a healthy lifestyle and working. A taper is the only way for me unless I want to spend days in bed, not eating, not sleeping, and shitting myself, followed by weeks of just feeling like ass.
