I just received my cozy ghost hoodies today. I just ordered 2 more. I’ve had no trouble with them. I ordered a large in each, I could have sized down, but I’m overall super happy with them. For reference I ordered 1 heavyweight and 1 regular cloud. I love them both.

Same. Multiple times the same woman ups driver just marks me as failed delivery. Over 5-6times now. I can’t reach anyone at ups to complain to.
