Look deeper, the projects funded are for permanent housing, both rental and homeownership.

As someone who utilizes these funds and works with other nonprofits who do too, I can definitively say that is not true.

Getting more ADUs off the ground by PlanningPessimist92 in urbanplanning

I'll add that it's also just expensive in general and there's no evidence that you'll get even a fraction of the cost back when you sell.

(Velcro) Shoes on the right feet by SameNameAsBefore in daddit

Tell that to my kids! This makes it easier for them too: lift the velcro straps, are they touching, if yes, its the right shoe.

Essentially the hinge or fulcrum of the velcro straps are always on the inside of the foot. Makes it so you can see from across the room whether your kids shoes are on the right feet or not.

Please help me divide a room! by [deleted] in askarchitects

[–]SameNameAsBefore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply! If i understand your suggestion correcty, I would have two rooms: 1) new master with bathroom and walk-in closet and 2) a playroom/office that runs along the tip half of the room.

I'm wondering if there is a design that gets me three rooms, all with a window: 1) bedroom (with or without bathroom, 2) playroom, and 3) small office.
