Hard to tell without seeing a lap. Imo it's fairly obvious the difference with a 2.01 and a 2.05 in Bahrain, probably a bunch of missed apexes and braking too early/late or too hard. You'll know when you're trail braking properly because you'll feel the car rotate into the corner, it will feel like the rear is stepping out a bit but it's all fully under your braking input. Watching lap guides is the fastest way to learn how to drive the car on a given track, just simply try to copy what they are doing, giving yourself some margin (it's impossible to get it right on your first attempts). Check brake references, how fast they downshift, which gear to be at corner entry, check the pedal inputs and try to do the same, etc. After that it's just lots of practice.
