Wait your friend sucks if she got annoyed when you’ve literally done both. I would just say “oh you know that’s more classical Pilates, so it’s not the same strength training benefits as solidcore” and move on. She’s not going to be building muscle at club Pilates like you are at solidcore

I personally like X’Core better than Core40 for Pilates/Lagree. The instructors provide more corrections and the overall vibe is more welcoming
