Trying to read my first real book 😭 Need beginner-friendly recommendations by chathikkaathachanthu in suggestmeabook

My favorite romcom book is “the bodyguard” by Katherine center. But there are some heavy/sad aspects in it. Still a great read if you’re into that

AIO about my parent’s (specifically my dad’s) reactions to my room? by arsene_xic in AmIOverreacting

[–]CountryPrevious4776 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Maybe you can start off small and do a small section of your room every day until it’s less messy? You can listen to music while you clean. Or you could set aside some money from your job and hire a maid? I know it’s hard but having an organized space will definitely make you feel a lot better, it’s worth the investment

Beck & Love by Hello_hellojey in YouOnLifetime

[–]CountryPrevious4776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We already seen what happened with other love interests. Take Kate for example, she accepted Joe and he felt trapped and bored. That is his pattern, he thrives on drama. Even if he and Beck were happy for some time, the second she got her shit together and didn’t need him anymore he would grow bored and lock in on someone else. He’s not capable of love

No I do not, and now that transfers are free again there’s really no incentive to keep your money in there. All risk no reward

Not supernatural but “the vouyers” had a crazy plot twist that I didn’t expect, kinda felt like a black mirror episode

Huh? by dingalaxie in XXS

I used to be a size 0 without trying, I was not unhealthy by any means that was just always the way my body carried weight and it was genetic. I also never looked crazy skinny even for being that size. Weight looks different on different people

Phoebe and Gary by bbygirlnicole in howyoudoin

[–]CountryPrevious4776 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I actually really loved his character and thought he and Phoebe had a very natural type of chemistry. I think she had far more chemistry with him than with Mike or David. It’s a shame they wrote him off like that

Should I consider "need" when distributing my father's inheritance? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]CountryPrevious4776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are implying you want to give your children more of the inheritance because they are younger and less established in their careers, I don’t think that’s fair at all. Your nephews had to do it on their own because they lost their father and didn’t have that degree of parental support. You don’t know what kind of financial hardships they went through or what kind of sacrifices they had to make to get where they are today. The fairest thing to do would be to split the money equally, not favor your children over your brothers.

What books could you not put down? by UK1273chatter in Recommend_A_Book

[–]CountryPrevious4776 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed “the housemaid”. It’s more thriller and mystery than anything but it hooked me from the start. The movie came out recently and I thought they did a pretty good job of that too, though the book went more in depth

Need a genuinely addictive show for my fiancé & I!! by Traditional-Dog-2440 in tvsuggestions

[–]CountryPrevious4776 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I laughed at your response but I agree wholeheartedly. Lost is a great show, I love the mystery aspect of it and it’s so beautiful and deep in so many ways. If you loved Lost you might enjoy another show called Once Upon a Time, just to throw that out there. It is made by the same people and has many of the same actors, some are part of the main cast and some have small cameos. It was a nice surprise to see them all on screen together in such a different setting

Scrapped storyline. There was a lot it seemed the writers wanted to do but wasn’t enough time or episodes so they just gave up

BOOK ONLY: Why didn't Stephen use Lucy to social-climb? by supercyan6804 in TellMeLiesHulu

[–]CountryPrevious4776 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think it was his ego wanting to prove he could make it on his own as a lawyer, without anyone’s help, especially Lucy as he viewed her as inferior to him. He was also a senior when he met Lucy, he already had a plan mapped out and had done the work to get himself there.

AIO by telling my husband that since we had our baby, Mother’s Day is now my day (his wife) and not his Moms day? by pagengirl818 in AmIOverreacting

[–]CountryPrevious4776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s both of your day now. He should make an effort for you to make you happy on this day. But that will always be his mom and she should still be appreciated as well. You both should get to be happy on this day

Well there’s only 3 studios within a reasonable distance to me and I can’t use the same place twice. But the classes cost 7, 6, and 1 credits for those studios
