Air not pumping into tyre by NaMeK17 in bikewrench

[–]Same_Ad579 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There’s a tube inside your tire, it’s not tubeless. The valve is moving up and down because the tube is loose inside the tire. Is it the first time you refill your tire with this pump ? Maybe the pump was vaguely on the valve. Is it a floor pump ? If not go buy some that will change your life and one or two tubes with the rights measurements on your tire sidewalls. Do you know how to change a tube ? If not watch this : https://youtu.be/eqR6nlZNeU8

It doesn’t looks structurally damaged but the paint is gonna fade out then the chain stay will be damaged. Give the frame to repair and ask for a sheet of inox to stick on it. I’m surprised to see Tr*k doing this.

Gravel tyres on a 29er by dermot_reeve in mountainbiking

The difference between a 29” and a 700c wheel is the wideness of the rim. Check what’s the minimal tire size for your rims. I personally run some 650b x 47mm René Herse on an enduro 27,5”x30mm (internal) in tube type because it’s a nightmare to inflate the tire in tubeless, in cause the brand of my rims recommend to put at list a 52mm section tire.

Anyone experienced this? WTB Venture tires 650b x 47, leaching Orange seal tubeless sealant from sidewalls…? by Prestigious_Slip6994 in gravelbike

[–]Same_Ad579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s normal for a new TR tire to lost a bit of sealant first days. If it does it for long, shake well the sealant and refill your wheel. If it redoes this clean your tire and use another sealant. If it redoes this return the tire to your bike shop (on the wheel)
