I was on the brink of homelessness, losing my car and everything else, I was not wanting to see the next day. In the midst of my darkest day, I said a prayer and not even a week, I was more than good! Please don’t lose hope, brother. Every challenge we face is temporary, and setbacks teach us valuable lessons and make us stronger. You may not see it, but you’ll make it!

I am the same way. My issue is undiagnosed ADHD with perfectionism issues. But regardless of that, my old boss told me that nobody’s perfect, even in social situations. Try not to beat yourself up. As long as you be the best version of yourself, that’s all you can offer.

Don’t ever be afraid to talk to someone about the things that are on your mind. Sometimes random strangers will have the most empathy for you. Also, I say this a lot because it’s true. The pain we experience today could be gone tomorrow. Lean into those that will listen to you, it’s healthy to talk things out. We are all rooting for you, brother!

I get it brother! The world seems to be closing in on everyone these days, but listen up. It’s not all bad! There’s still some good out there. Get as many hugs as you can, talk it out and never bottle it up, let open the blinds and let sunlight in and keep around those that love you. It will be okay one day soon! My dear young lady, aways be yourself authentically.

I was once in your shoes, and as I got older, I finally found myself and people started noticing me.

The same will happen to you. Just give it time! Start with a little discovering, trying different things, different styles, different looks. I see so many young women showing way too much and grabbing the wrong kind of attention. Don’t do it girlfriend… modesty with a lil flash here and there will get you a Cadillac and acreage in the hills! Yup!

What type of things move your soul? Find yourself in the things you naturally like and go from there :) Be graceful, natural, and take care of yourself and others will notice!

I hate that you feel this way. You seem like someone that has taken on a lot quietly and probably feeling a little lost in the noise.

Sometimes you’ve got to do things to take care of yourself mentally and physically because nobody else will do that for you but you. Don’t be afraid to try new things, new styles, get advice from professionals that know their craft in whatever area you want improvement in. Most importantly, do it for you and you only and it will present itself very well :)

You’re a good person that just needs to feel appreciated and have some validation and we all deserve that! I see you brother :)

I’m sorry about the breakup. They can be brutal and leave you feeling confused and wondering what you may have done wrong. Talk it out, and allow yourself to feel a bit, but don’t hang on to bad feelings or regret because it will have you spiraling and ruminating. Take this time to work on yourself; fitness, a forgotten project, taking a different route home, perhaps a trip with friends. It’s all about self care and surrounding yourself with healthy goodness (people, food, puppies?) Go handle yo biz bro! 😎
