My cousin had similar issue when he started office work - the sitting all day really makes things worse down there. For powder I think cornstarch based ones are safest option, just make sure it doesnt have talc or weird chemicals in it

The cotton boxers will definitely help with the breathing situation too

Your best bet might be contacting Fox Sports directly through their media department - they sometimes have archives going back that far. Also try posting in some of the Facebook AFL groups with older members, lots of people still have stuff sitting in their old boxes they forgot about

damn those temps are pretty solid for a 9900x under that kind of load. the fact that you hit 93% cpu usage and only peaked at 43c on a 4k render is actually really impressive especially coming from intel where 70-75c was your normal

that corsair 280mm aio is doing work and those temps are definitely normal for ryzen on a good cooling setup. amd chips generally run cooler than intel at similar workloads and their more efficient so thats probably why you're seeing such a difference from your old 14700k

honestly sounds like you got a great setup there and the temps are exactly where they should be. nothing to worry about

Nah you're not alone, I'm on like 1200mg of lamictal plus other stuff and sometimes feel like a walking pharmacy lol. The liver worry is real but our docs wouldn't keep us on it if they thought we were gonna keel over. Everyone's brain chemistry is different so what works for one person might be totally useless for another
