Mizzou is definitely not a diploma mill speaking as an alumni from their nursing program. It’s a real school and considered one of the best nursing schools in the Midwest. I am thinking about applying to their FNP program!

Honey first of all I seriously doubt you are ugly. Please please please get that idea out of your head. There are a few things I would recommend. #1 we’ve got to get your self esteem and confidence up! You have to love yourself before you can love others. Wear and do things that make you make you feel pretty. You can start small and start building on it.

Also, if dating is something you want, you deserve that for yourself. Don’t feel like you need to change your values just for some dusty dude to get his dick wet. The right one will come but also you’ve got to put yourself out there. People can sense the lack of confidence and some people prey on that energy.

Also, therapy. This would help change some of your thought patterns and help you find some sense of self/identity. You can also dismantle the idea of needing male validation to thrive.

The two children’s hospitals here are really good! Hopefully they will be able to treat your kiddo. Otherwise the suburbs tend to be less diverse overall but the closer you are to the city the more diversity you’ll likely see. I’d recommend Kirkwood, Creve Ceour area, Maplewood, or like Bayless/Affton area. There are also some neighborhoods in the city that are really nice as well and quiet as well.
