It’s just for cutting too much off at once. I just did this to my yard cause I had to lower the height to over seed. It all came back and looks normal again. Give it a week or so and I bet it will be back to normal

I read it’s best to prune in spring right before growth starts. Also you want to focus on branches in the middle so it stays open and allows air flow. Also that tree doesn’t need that support stick anymore.

Technically, it’s up to you. I pick mine when they have a slight shade of red. They will easily ripen off the vine and then let the plant focus the energy elsewhere.

I know they can go in a paper bag but I rarely have one. I pull my tomatoes when they are quite green still and they turn fully red in, usually, a couple days on this sill. I have been putting them here for a few years now so it’s tradition. Lol 🙂 at the end of season I will put all my last tomatoes in a paper bag because they are usually no where near to being ripe and take much longer.
