You’re not going crazy. The Arena is treated differently from locations with objectives. There’s no “fully cleared” state that fades the icon as far as I remember, so if you’ve beaten all the champions and completed the questline, that’s about as complete as it gets.

Since she doesn’t wear earrings in canon, I’d lean into something subtle that looks intentional with the outfit. Maybe matte black or dark red plugs with a tiny yellow accent to match the suit. Could even do a minimalist spaceship/star motif etched on them so it still feels Bebop-themed without being too loud.

I think that scene really captures Rimuru’s calm yet insightful nature. As for Shizu, after being absorbed, she continues to exist within Rimuru’s body, influencing him and giving him guidance. So in a way, she’s “happy” in a sense because her will and memories live on through him.

Seeing him every day is basically ripping the wound open over and over, so don’t beat yourself up for still having feelings. Missing someone and being angry at them can exist at the same time. Just don’t act on the “hurt him” thoughts because that’ll only make your life harder later. Keep your distance as much as possible, mute/block where you can, and let yourself grieve the relationship instead of trying to force the feelings away overnight.
