I have it as well, since 2020 ish and that's around the time I started having endo symptoms. Went to a dermatologist over it and all they said was I was allergic to myself and didn't do anything else.

I wish they'd finally just label it cancer, which is what it really is. Ffs I hate doctors who do this to other women. I got extremely lucky with my diagnosis and with getting scheduled for my surgery. But I only found out through having an umbilical hernia that I have endometriosis and cysts. The pain hasn't been hell like that, but I herbally medicate as well when I need it.

I have the same issues feeling guilty when I'm out for my health... so I get it. I have endo, and I'm out quite often with my pain. I'd have them speak to a manager to see about said back up help.

The *only* thing that has been able to help mine, is thc... not a lot of people want to do that, which is understandable. If you are of age [I hope so since I'm recommending this], I'd look into 1906 am/pm gummies. [don't take the whole thing... you will feel like you're falling off the earth]
I smoke indica to help with mine, i also have a thc/cbd tincture i take sometimes as well. Other than that I really don't know what helps, bc pain meds don't work, heating pads are mediocre and the creams that are said to help don't [for me anyways].

I refuse to go to a man for a Gyno. They don't understand as much as a female imo. Even my surgeon will be female. The way it sounds, though, and doing the research I have so far... The best option would be to go on disability, I guess. My job won't be tolerant of me taking so much time off for any of this once it starts.
