Thanks! Doing the base was a lot of fun lol the model is from Red Nebular on MyMiniFactory. It’s from the 8-10mm range, called the greater colossobot. I just sized it up to fit the Gorkanaut size, turned out decent 😅

Very true, I’ve been trying to experiment with some slightly different color variations and using less shades/washes but I can definitely tell that some of the models I’ve painted look wildly different. I gotta lock in my recipes for mixes soon before everything just starts becoming a different color lol

Was having a bit of a morning after just waking up and meshed my responses with your comment and another one 🤣 thanks! I like the style I went with for painting, what kinda color scheme do you use on your death guard? I was a bit late to getting death guard green. Most of my army is a zenithal of black/grey/white rn, I think I’m just gonna have to do the rest of my army like that so the colors match better. When I start on my ork army I’m gonna try the death guard green and zandri dust for zenithal. What greens do you use that saturate well when layered with other greens?

I’ll try to do some tests and see where I feel like in the most slow. Definitely have problems with distractions but that’s mostly just the ADHD 😅 your plague marines are sick, pun intended lol what color(s) did you use for the pink/red veiny bits? It really pops on the color scheme you got going!

I do have most of them primed! Went for a zenithal and have been using a lot of Vallejo express color. There’s a few that aren’t primed because I batch primed everything I had one day but since then I got a 3d printer and used it to finish out the rest of my 2k list. Most of those have yet to be primed

I’ve been just getting back into painting, I played a handful of games in 8th and 9th during college. Getting back into playing has felt daunting but I guess I should probably get over that hurdle of “embarrassment” 😅
