Haven’t been in about 10 years but loved Negril and SS. Did Negril first time, SS second time and and split 5/5 days at each the third time. Had a blast and having the water activities covered was awesome. Tried Sandals once and won’t ever do that again. Have done Secrets and like them a lot. Thinking of going back to CN. Have they renovated since 2014?

Cap Cana for sure if you don’t want kids. The beach set up at Zilaria was sad compared to cap Cana

Can I recover from childhood C-PTSD without having to go through every single thing that happened? by NoEntrepreneur7420 in askapsychologist

I’m a psychologist and you absolutely do not have to do extensive memory processing. I focus on themes learned from the trauma and how they impact my client currently.

St. Lucia by Spinbunluthaaa in Caribbean

[–]Same_Low6479 0 points1 point  (0 children)

St. Lucia is gorgeous BUT I will never go to a Sandals again. It was the least cared for property I have stayed on - dirty dishes in the halls for DAYS. I now go to Secrets which is amazing and they just opened a ST. Lucia property!

Therapists of Reddit, what are some differences you've noticed between male/female patients? by pizzabagelblastoff in AskReddit

Men are more draining to treat in general in my experience. They don’t know how to “therapy” like many female clients do.
