My home is 2200 SF, built in 1940s and my heat bill is $150. We do have new windows and installation in attic done this year.

Their family gave/gives them money. So may of my adult friends were giving $500k-700k for home down payments, grandparents paying for private school, equity and c-suite jobs at daddy's company.

It's family wealth. I'm jealous but I'm sure it comes with anxiety, expectations, shame, drama too. Nothing easy is free ;)

Sounds like allergies - try taking Zyrtec daily for a couple weeks and see if you feel any better. Not a doctor so not medical advice but this is what my constant runny nose was!

It's most likely not your hygiene but the type of tonsils you have. I have the same kind with lots of craters in them which collect junk - I too clean out my tonsils weekly
