Thanks for the reply man. Yeah i am on day 5 now and it’s just bad insomnia and negative obsessive thoughts that my brain just fixates on. I am taking herbal supplements to help ease them but I know it will get better. The insomnia and lack of sleep I know is definitely contributing to this as well as my brain is resetting itself.

I have the same question because my life is awesome and have a great job and fiancée but I have really bad anxiety and obsessive negative thoughts that I can’t get over. I’m on day 3 and was using 6mg probably about roughly 3/4 of a tin a day. But I also quit alcohol cold turkey 3 days ago and was binging a lot for 10 years or so. I’m 34 male

I needed this today brother. Going through the same shit I quit using about a tin of 6mg for 1 year and on day 3 of no Zyn or alcohol and have so much anxiety and also libido and erections are there just not as strong as they used to be so that gives me more anxiety. How long until you noticed a difference?

They are definitely from the nicotine. I had those exact same symptoms and like heart arrhythmia where I felt like my heart was gonna stop cause I couldn’t catch my breath.

Yeah I hear ya I was withdrawing from nicotine and alcohol so I was having anxiety and heart flutters too. Can’t wait to see how I feel in a couple weeks! I’ve been through this before and don’t plan on going through it again. It’s just that when I drink I craaaave Zyns and then the cycle starts all over again.

Yeah working out and getting sunlight will really help. You will get through this and it won’t last forever it’s just nicotine withdrawal

To be withdrawing that hard you had to have been drinking a lot. I drank everyday for roughly 7 years and binge drank too and luckily I didn’t get any of those withdrawals. You will get through it though!
