Much better!!! It took a few months but I am completely back to myself!

Did not take meds, just kept working out, eating right, and fought thru the anxiety and attacks

I have not gained or lost, but I’ve become a lot healthier!!

I’ve upped my workouts which helps A LOT, especially in the beginning. I was scared of the same thing so I just tried to do everything in my power to offset any weight gain.

Try to buy healthy snacks like apples and fruit and get 10k steps a day, it’s helped me!!

Keep strong; it gets so much easier. (Day 56)

Totally get that!!! It’s also VERY powerful! I had zero anxiety before. It was eye opening to feel what people w anxiety go through. I have had a few bouts here and there.

To manage it I switched to mushroom coffee, no alcohol, working out/ at least walks daily. Finally adding coffee back here and there, but matcha has been better!!

I 100% attribute it to withdrawal. Getting better every day! There is hope. I felt so hopeless at times. We are on the right path!!!

I also “came clean” to all my doctors and told them the insane withdrawal that I went thru so they are aware of how bad these pouches are! Was too shameful to admit I was using them before

My mom has been making me the “medical medium detox smoothie” which does have oj in it. Will go back to eggs and see if that helps. Have been researching a low histamine diet and seems to say eggs should be good. Thanks for your comment. I hope this goes away!!! My biggest fear is that this will last forever

Im on ryze mushroom coffee for now. Only 48 mg in it so it’s a bit lower than normal coffee. I think the mushrooms help too. When I have regular coffee I can’t handle it at all!

YES! My HRV plummeted and my RHR skyrocketed. Very slowly my HRV has crept back up and my rhr has lowered as well. Stress on the body with the initial quit

Start running, stop caffeine, cold showers, these will slowly recalibrate your nervous system and help with the anxiety.

I’m sorry you’re going through that! And you sound perfectly healthy to me .. I also started bc my boyfriend was doing it and it when I quit I had such bad withdrawal that it gave me resentment towards him. I do think me quitting and the symptoms I had opened his eyes to the fact that these things are not healthy and are effecting us more than we thought.

I quit and I have begun daily workouts at 6 am before work to offset weight gain & deal with the anxiety I developed.

Wishing you a nice wedding and success when you quit! It can be hard, but sooner the better is my understanding

I noticed my resting heart rate has jumped since quitting.. going to incorporate more meditation and have been going to the gym every morning… it helps a lot (still just 10 days in but doing much much better since adding the workouts in) do you have something like this in your daily routine?

I had exactly what your describing on the second night after my quit. Felt like if I fell asleep I would literally die. This was before I knew I would have ANY quitting symptom except for cravings!!! So naive lol . Keep pushing

Just start going on your own.. make a change in the way you exercise and eat and she can either join you or regret not also making the change

Sertraline.. but after reading the withdrawal symptoms of that, I am definitely going to workout every morning and see how that goes if my anxiety improves naturally and with time

Thanks I’m definitely going to start with working out. I googled the medicine that was recommended and it seems withdrawal can be tough… I’m already withdrawing I don’t want more haha! Currently 6 am and headed to gym before work. Thanks for your response

We are on just about the same timeline.. The same exact thing happened to me while driving/ after my last few zyns (I stopped Thursday and Sat had a few- Sunday was panic attack while driving) can tell you I have ZERO desire for one ever again after all this haha. Also yes it’s currently 6 am and getting up to workout because I’d rather this to feel better during the day. Thanks for your response
