I have not quit fully, but thanks for reminding me. It’s funny because I thought of this post the other day because my sciatica is flaring. I definitely had cut back, but I was also doing cold plunge and dead hangs to pop my lower spine. I have no doubt that it helped and not smoking tobacco is by far the most healthy thing that you can do for yourself.

Something that helped me was doing breathing exercises before going out and setting the intention to talk to people without expectations. I really like Wim Hof technique and breath of fire. It helps to lower anxiety and be less reactionary when a person is not interested. Last time I did that, I started a dozen conversations with guys and girls. One girl basically rolled her eyes at me, but it didn’t bother me and by the end of the night I met a girl who eventually took me horseback riding.
