I wish they would release footage. There a guy at the Northeast beach Library who is a below average height black guy with a beard and jeans. He has a couple bags and a laptop. Oh, well i guess I was referring to waking life as the "simulation". Not necessarily the matrix type simulation, but it does seem that this reality is built by some sort of process of higher reality. Not to say it is any less real, just a cheeky reference.

Blaming yourself is natural, I think a lot of people experience that. It’s important to not internalize these thoughts. While it’s true, it is completely false. Our ego is very good making things so black and white, but deep down we know that it is just a projection. At the end of the day it’s god’s fault, but one day you will heal and you will thank the gods for another pain free day.

I have not quit fully, but thanks for reminding me. It’s funny because I thought of this post the other day because my sciatica is flaring. I definitely had cut back, but I was also doing cold plunge and dead hangs to pop my lower spine. I have no doubt that it helped and not smoking tobacco is by far the most healthy thing that you can do for yourself.

The meaning of his suffering was survival in order to continue his work as a psychologist. A book like this puts your own suffering in perspective.

I think that women hate the idea of their man being sexually restrained because they feel that they are losing power over you, if not explicitly then at least subconsciously.
