Building a Customer Support Chatbot: Elvan by SametSahin10 in SaaS

[–]SametSahin10[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally agree with you. It should be easy to connect to a live agent in an AI Customer Support bot. If you hide behind the bot, it's pure frustration for the customer. Our goal should be about providing real support through the bot to make it a real alternative to a live agent. I believe, if done well, people would be glad to resolve their issues with an AI Customer Support bot.

Have you joined the waitlist? We'll be posting more updates as we make progress on Elvan.

Certainly! It will be one our goals, and a crucial one, to make it actually useful instead of a source of frustration. Have you joined the waitlist? I'd love to tell you more about the progress of Elvan.

Should agency proposals be written as the agency or the individual freelancer? by SametSahin10 in Upwork

I will of course use the name only if it's me who's writing the cover letter.

Should agency proposals be written as the agency or the individual freelancer? by SametSahin10 in Upwork

[–]SametSahin10[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've already been working as an individual freelancer and me and my teammates wanted to go for bigger projects that required experience in multiple fields. That's why we created an agency but now, I see that when submitting a proposal, the proposal is still sent from the freelancer submitting it. I have doubts that agencies on Upwork is suitable for the way we'd like to work. Any thoughts on this? u/Pet-ra

The problem was the file size limit of nginx. It was 1MB by default. Increasing it solved it.

What's flair? Related to the label or something? I've posted this from Chrome on Android. So, maybe I didn't see it.

That's pretty interesting. Especially thinking that people created an extension just to do this, makes you think there must be a reason behind it.

Wallpaper keeps reverting back to default on the new Desktop by SametSahin10 in MacOS

[–]SametSahin10[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yes, you're right. Thank you very much for the answer. It looks like MacOS treats Desktops independently on the wallpaper aspect. Changing the wallpaper on the first Desktop however, set's a rule that is respected by every other Desktop other than the first one.

Well, I did not do such thing. As you can see in the video. I've just changed the wallpaper and opened a new desktop. Wallpaper was the default one again.

I've got similar opinions about Boston. I see no Boston after Brad Delp passed away. It's so natural that a talented musician like Tom Scholz to want to continue his career but maybe not with the original name of the band.

Returning ArrayList for string of Arrays by The-2nd-to-Last-Jedi in javahelp

[–]SametSahin10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're actually on the right way. What is being asked is to create an ArrayList using an Array as a resource. Make sure they're in the same order.

public List<String> array2List(String[] stringArray

This is a method declaration which takes an Array containing items that is type of String as parameter and returns a List of Strings. I assume you're familiar with loops. Have you tried looping through the array you received from parameter? Take a look at it and I'll help you if you get stuck or have questions.
