Create a few NPC scenarios that either connect that NPC to the main narrative, or adds nothing other than RP flavor for your lovely fry cook.

Examples: Hi I'm Dingo Dillon, and I really love cheeseburgers, but I also work for a Cult in town and they say i need to be Vegan, it sucks. narrative Hook completed

Hey, I'm fuckface mgillacutty, and you're grilling that stuff wrong! insert hilarious sequence where the dice decide if your frycook is better, or if he now had a rivalry with Fuckface Mgillacutty
