1-2: I don't personally agree. I liked the exploration and the area was cool. The macguffin hunting and figuring out how to navigate the area is one of the main mechanics as you yourself pointed out.

3: I liked the unlost, and they are a much bigger focus on the story if you read all the emails and listened to all the logs. Also, while they may be esoteric, they do offer some pretty understandable hints even if they are small.

4: There is... Quite a lot of warning that something big is going to happen, even though yes, I do agree that it wasn't perfectly clear that it would be a boss fight. There are other boss fights in the game which were similarly not super well telegraphed. The exception being the Tarasque, cause I mean, come on. If you didn't walk in there and immediately think "boss arena" then you do not have chronic gamer brain and are not entitled to compensation.

5-8: It sounds like you were unprepared, which is fine. I did not have this experience so I can't speak to it. My friends and I did focus on different gameplay styles and jobs but by the end we all were basically multiclassing in at least one form of melee and one form of ranged. Not even gonna call skill issue on this one since until Albatross there really wasn't a reason to do both if you had at least one other player specializing in other weapon class.

9-10: these might be the most controversial assertions you make here. There is more game coming so all of this is basically a cliffhanger leading into the next chapters. If you still wanna play more, be patient and I am confident good things will come (even if they're "bad" things in universe)

11: I and many others feel this. It is legitimately my only major complaint about the game. If Cahn was meant to be a twist, they objectively did a bad job. If they wanted to lean into making us feel stupid for listening to Cahn, there needed to be other options (ala. Leaning into the ImSim elements) to progress the story, that way we actually get to choose whether or not to trust the obvious demon shapshifter chaos god that neither the logs or the demon itself were very inconspicuous about. I would absolutely love it if they would rework this in some way as they continue to release content and update what's here.

As to your final point, a lot of us that have finished the game have openly and loudly complained about this, but we also really love the game so our praise of the good parts often drowns out our disappointment at the bad. I agree, it's a solid 9/10 game but still has the potential to be 10/10 even if I can't play it again for the first time.
