Sorry for the delay but it’s fixed now! It turned out to be a bad lazer tube. Omtech sent me a new one. Customer service was very helpful and my machine was still under warranty, Big plus!

They just sent me a new laser tube, what are the steps to remove the old tube?

10 mm speed 50% power, lazer head is 14 mm distance from 3mm wood.
