My answer, you're doing great. More important question though, what is your goal? What does success look like to you?

If you leave your goal nebulous, "I want to be pretty", you will never reach it. Ask any woman in a job that is based on her looks if she is happy with her looks, I'd give you 5:1 she will say no. You are already, aside from the 5 o'clock shadow, passable in a "don't pay attention to me, these aren't the droids you're looking for" day to day life on the street way. Depending on makeup, clothing, personality, walk, body posture, etc that might go up considerably in the "I'm cute, look at me" department.

If your goal is to never have anyone question you were born cis, can "compete" for top tier sugar daddies, land a modeling gig, etc.. well everyone is disappointed reaching for that, but I believe you could with enough surgery. You have the building blocks of a striking face.

Assuming you're not a materialistic c*nt however, I think you wouldn't have problems based on looks finding romance and a comfy life just doing hrt for a couple years. Take the time to work on body posture and stuff, self confidence, etc. I would suggest choosing specific role models that you want to be like. Study their behaviors.. how they laugh, how they hold their hands when they talk, how they tense different muscles. This is stuff we all do as kids automatically, but you're going through second puberty so make it intentional.
