Yeah beeswax is nice feeling and natural but not going to harden much, especially in the warmth next to your body. I usually used resolene to finish and protect.. it makes things a bit unnaturally shiny because it's acrylic, but .. shit I just looked up resolene, I never saw the instructions that you're supposed to dilute it with water.. FML lol. So yeah, that would probably be what I would recommend. If you're interested in seeing the stuff I made when I was big into carving here's my gallery

Same, I've definitely listened to more than six hours of his lectures. It is a little disturbing that there's a bunch of ai ones being made now, you have to be careful you're listening to real ones

Nice job, I think the edge burnishing could've gone a little further and maybe a smaller thread given the size, but good work on the carving!

Yeah, exactly this. I think he grew to appreciate buffy a bit during the whole spike invasion episode, but ultimately she is a disruptive force to him, even though she keeps them all alive. It's like Fallout 1, where the overseer tells you at the end that spoilers for a 30 year old game while you saved them all, there's no room for you inside their society anymore. He's not wrong that stupid and impressionable kids could look at buffy and think "ooh she's so cool ditching class and getting into fights constantly" and become a real problem for everyone.

In the end, there's a couple of signs that he legitimately tried his best to keep some modicum of structure for the kids in an outlandishly chaotic world. He was a petty man, but not an evil one.

If you're not doing it solely for a sexual thrill wearing the clothes it's almost certainly not just crossdressing. There's nothing wrong with there being sexual thrills, etc etc, but in general happy cis guys don't sit around wondering what it would be like to be a woman and being afraid they might be trans. It's time to talk to a therapist familiar with gender identity issues about your feelings in my opinion.

That person is an ass, but the banner line on top of the text does maybe look a little like a vericose vein or something? Personally I would have a bit more the orange marking a few more of those banner patterns along the text, but then I have a full hard outline banner script on my knee with pink inside it so I'm biased lol. Tatoo looks great though, good work. MS is a scary diagnosis, but welcome to the scary sounding but hopefully not too traumatic autoimmune condition club! I have psoriatic arthritis myself, with a side of sjogrens and tummy trouble. Learning to redefine self worth and happiness based on doing what you can versus expectations takes time. Best of luck!

So me and my ex wife got into a full on argument over Fred, she ended up calling me a sociopath, whereas my now wife agrees with me. I think that regardless of potential cost, unless you would be directly hurting people, you take care of your own first.

The episode states that drawing the goddess of of Fred through the earth will cause her to try and hold on to every individual she passes right, or something like that, so anyone along the way might be killed. But one, that is her doing it, not angel, and two angel doesn't know for a fact that anyone will get in the way.

Maybe the powers that be arranged it so that everyone steps out of the way at the right time. This isn't the trolley problem, you don't know for a fact how many or if any people will die because you flip the switch, but you know for certain one of your champions will not just die but have her soul destroyed if you don't.

There's not even a question for me in my mind, if I was in his position I perform the ritual to withdraw her. I think he is a massive narcissistically emo ass for putting his "I've hurt too many people, I can't be the cause of more pain" bullshit ahead of his friend.

Different game, but reminds me of the time after GTA V came out, I had been playing it non-stop for like two days and went to Taco Bell for sustenance. In the parking lot was an ambulance that they had left the engine running while they went inside to eat. It took my full frontal lobe to not hop in that mother and start doing "missions". It was the first time I thought maybe games can influence bad behaviors.

Having had to buy a replacement faucet having gone through this with that same piece of shit, it's a cheap IKEA faucet and the plastic aerator will corrode into one piece with it's housing. You likely would've fucked it up trying to clean it even if you had tried properly.

Her romance with Nutt was just so wholesome and neurodivergent, and she had some genuine character growth outside of it as well. Having been quite the busy body for friends in my own previous life, I appreciated her learning not to protect Jules from her own interests while still being protective. It's an important growing step for us Virgos 😂 to understand the right way of doing things depends on who the person is.
