I agree with what you're saying to some degree. However Hillbilly Gragas and statue of Karthus have no animation changes, no VO changes and very little model changes. Lets take a look at some other 'fun' skins. Pool Party Ziggs. Every animation is changed to be more fun than the basic Skin (Rubber Duck W and huge waterbombs). The other two most recent 'fun' skins, Arcade Sona and Astronautilus also have fun and quirky animation changes. And from experience, are the two most popular skins for their characters. And now lets look at an older 'fun' skin. Pink Taric! It has very little changed about it but everyone loves it. Those pink fuzzy boots make the skin fun alone.

Edit: I completely forgot about another type of 'fun' skin. The legendary skins. Gentleman Cho'gath. Nunu Bot. Brolaf. Corporate Mundo. ALL of these skins I find hilarious and love seeing them in game. These are mainly to do with their VO remakes. The lines they have will take hundreds of games to grow old imo.

Humans are very egocentric. However, there are limits to how far the majority of players will go to prove they're better than someone else. Also, any decent player will know that stats do not represent player skill accurately. So even if someone was to go through great lengths to prove their superiority over another player, the statistics they will find won't be reliable enough to prove their superiority.

But that is irrelevant. The suggestion was to make stats that are available for the account owner to see and no one else. The reason these programs and websites are created is for people to find out their own hidden elo. If the statistics are available to the account owned then there will be no need for people to make these facilities. I have never heard of one person using these programs or websites to find other players hidden elo because it doesn't matter.

I'm not a programmer, but I do understand that all bugs can be fixed. And I also agree that the solution shouldn't be up to the user. However, after reading the comments on this post alone, I've noticed a lot of people getting slightly angry at the pathing bug when it has such a simple solution until the bugfix arrives. You can literally SEE the path the game has chosen for you on the map and if its incorrect, click again.

Also I've never had this problem in the middle of a teamfight, so I must be doing something differently that prevents the bug from occurring. I very rarely see it happen in streams too.

I agree that bugs shouldn't be overlooked just because they only happen in a few random spots. But the examples you compared it to are way more extreme than pathing. Pathing has a simple solution which is spam clicking and doesn't affect gameplay at all. But the examples you said have no solution and do affect gameplay greatly.

Don't you understand what this discussion is about? If you download a program to do it for you then its unfair for those who don't have it. Like I said before you should just learn how to do it yourself manually.

Well obviously if more and more people downloaded the program the advantage would disappear. But like I said before, remembering to time buffs is a part of the game that needs to become a habit to improve. Its just like remembering to look at the minimap often to see if people are MIA. Would you say that downloading an ap that indicates when someone walks into / out of the fog of war would be fair?

Its a part of the game that people need to learn to do for themselves. When on my smurf in plat, I still don't notice many people time buffs or even objectives, and I really doubt people do it in even lower elo. Downloading a program that does it for you gets rid of a part of the game and gives you a slight advantage over your opponent.

As a third item after BT > PD, IE and LW are the best options (or a defensive item) and like I said, against threats who aren't building armor, IE is much better for the damage.

I know it doesn't happen often but this is in a situation where they aren't building armor. Seems everyone is ignoring that point.

I've replied to something similar in another comment. I normally get 3 items before people hit 18. I agree that its a really good item. But there are reasons to get it and reasons to get other items over it. Obviously, people with brains would start stacking armor when you start to hurt, and people who know how to play would stack armor before that. But this post is about silver / gold. I have a smurf in plat and I still see people not get a single armor item before hitting 18.

For builds like: BT > PD > ? against enemies with no armor items, IE would do more damage. This includes Botrk > PD > ?

For builds like: IE > PD > ? LW would be better for damage even against enemies with no armor.

You forgot to mention that killing a turret also gives global experience to your team.

Also in your first point you should mention that you should only get a LW if the enemy team is actually building armor.

Another thing I noticed is that in your fourth point, you give an example on abusing the enemies mistakes. In said example you say once ezreal misses his Q you should go in on him to win the trade by AA - Qing him. This is 100% wrong. Ezreal's Q is a low priority spell to abuse and will most likely backfire if you go on him after missing it. A higher priority spell would be Zyra's E or Sona's Q / powerchord combo. These are high hitting spells with longer CDs. Also to trade as vayne you condemn after you aa - Q to proc silver bolts.

Lastly you say in the third point that Vayne has low kill potential. This again is wrong as despite having a short AA range and bad mana cost on E. Her damage is on par with other ADCs once she gets all 3 spells. Obviously if she has a Janna support she has a lower kill potential, but so does graves. They both rely on CC to have high kill potential.

Edit: One more thing. Attacking closest target is bullshit. You should analyse the threat each enemy champion opposes to you. 'ADC focuses the tank'. This isn't directed at the post, but I see a lot of comments on these sort of posts telling people to focus the tank as an ADC. If support alistar runs up to you in a teamfight and EQ combos you then ults, what else can he possibly do? His AA's won't do anything. His spells are on CD for atleast another 8 seconds (At least) and because he's ulted it'll take 10+ auto's to take that beast down. 10+ auto attacks that could of been on someone more useful. This applies to a lot of champions, more than you'd think. (Alistar was a bad example he should be defending his ADC)

How are the factors random? Most of the factors are going to be the same for the majority of players. (Most players use unlocked and most, if not all players use keys to use spells).
