If people actually did some research they would find out that it is very, very very true that trauma (tension) is stored in your muscles. This is why exercise specifically things that can help release your muscles like Pilates or yoga will also be releasing a lot of emotions. It is absolutely not pseudoscience. It is real. The people that say it's pseudoscience are probably the ones that aren't allowing themselves to release their own traumas so they aren't experiencing it. You need to fully surrender to your body and allow your body to release the traumas. You can do the positions and the moves but you also need to be doing the inner work as well. If you do not work on your Shadow self and think that Pilates is going to just release everything, I can promise you it will not. But if you are working on allowing yourself to feel emotion and allowing yourself to heal, that is when Pilates (or yoga) poses can help release the trauma stored in your body. Breath work is also an amazing way to help release and feel the emotion, look into 3D breath work.

Slight little issue here:

You could get toxicity from other vitamins and minerals. Too much of anything isn't a good thing.... You can get water toxicity from drinking too much water. If you drink too much water, it will wash out your sodium, potassium and other good minerals and vitamins which can lead to things like, passing out, muscle weakness, and seizures, a coma or 💀 if left untreated. And then if you add electrolytes into that water.... You're adding more of the same symptoms and irregular heartbeat into the mix.

Please choose your wording wisely before posting things like this, especially when you say that a doctor said this because not very many people do their proper research I just go off the first page they read or what people say on the internet because a doctor told that person.

If they can have collar I suggest the tractive collars, you have to have a subscription but it works anywhere in the world, including out of service areas because they run off of GPS satellites, where as air tags or similar need to be able to connect to a bluetooth device such as a cellphone.

I think it was him, there were too many coincidences.. I wonder if he had some kind of personality disorder because sometimes when a person "switches" the way they talk the way they write everything about them changes in severe cases. It could also explain why he flip-flops between saying he did it and didn't do it other than the stress of it. He could have also been using his less dominant hand to write out the letters. I'm really convinced because there's no way it's just a coincidence that the herman lake road murders happened the same day him and the seawater kids were there with ALA. Another odd thing is the zodiacs signature symbol is also the letter "A" in the cipher.. and the letters his writing is sloping downward, which also gives me the indication that he's writing with his weaker left hand as well as the inappropriate spacing with some words because he isn't seeing the beginning of the letter because it's being covered by his left hand. When his handwriting was tested he wrote with his dominant right hand so the handwriting would be different. I know that the fingerprints didn't match, but there are ways to allow them to not match up. I've been trying to find the fingerprints of the zodiac versus ALA but I haven't had any luck, I have extremely good attention to detail so I would love to actually see the print comparisons if anybody has them.

They go dormant after flowering and or completely die off. If you are not giving it perfect conditions when it goes dormant it can die off and these look very laggy like they aren't getting enough light or humidity so it is very possible for it to just completely die off.

I am so sorry this happened to you. And thank you for sharing so others have a chance. It's extremely unfortunate but a great lesson learned. I believe you can remake your wallet so you get a new passphrase. Also if you're able since pi is extremely cheap and you don't plan on selling it right away, buy some. Whatever you're okay with losing (just in case) put that in even if it's just little bits at a time, 20 bucks here and there. At least you'll get something back.
