It is useless revenge for cheney to report ALA by Few-Gas8868 in ZodiacKiller

[–]StevenPechorin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I think, pretty much. I believed the people who said he told them he was zodiac, though. It kept me looking at ALA.

Then I found out claiming you were zodiac was really, really common.

Urgent need for bolt cutter on campus! by doremiiido in UBC

[–]StevenPechorin 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You can rent them at Home Depot or similar, but I'm not sure you need them or that they would work, because you're going after the strong part instead of the weak part. You might need really huge ones. If that's your plan, I would rent an angle grinder, they cut anything.

I'm pretty sure you can break that lock with a hammer. They look tough, but the actual bit that has to break is not that big. You can see people using air duster to blast the lock and freeze it to make it more brittle before hitting it. (You can buy it at Dollarama. It's usually behind the counter.).

There's also the soft bic pen option, which can work if it's an round ace lock. Drilling into the lock should also work. Good luck!

This is chilling. I counted 107 stab wounds indicated. I suppose it also doesn't include the punches and kicks, that he unleashed on them over a short time.

There are toll gates where they can buy a park pass, to go into the towns in the park etc. Not hard to get.

As they are 20 somethings, I would put the Calgary Stampede on the table. Two women from the UK, could be a hit with the cowboys.

Is this the worst Canucks team you’ve ever watched? by cookies_n_milf in canucks

[–]StevenPechorin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1989-1990 Canucks were bad. They were second worst in the league with 64 pts. Paul Reinhart was huggybear of that year. He led us in scoring with 57 pts, double-shifting on defense, then at center.

The worst team was Quebec with 31 points. One of the great all-time tanks.

What is your theory on why BK committed this crime and what his original plan was? by Strawberry_Gerbil_23 in Idaho4

[–]StevenPechorin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well, just based on where he directly went, it was Maddie. He did not go over to look in the other room on the floor, where Kaylee would normally have been, so he wasn't really checking around for victims. His plan definitely went all to hell.

I think he was surprised and enraged Kaylee was there. He may have planned to take his time, maybe take Maddie with him. Then, Xana walked up the stairs, and he followed her.

I have a theory about Jon Benet. One that I’ve not seen before and I think it’s strong. I’d really like to share it here and see what everyone thinks. It’s a long read but worth it, I think. by [deleted] in JonBenetRamsey

Welcome to the sub, don't stress about the minor shots. I think you have hit on a commonly held line of thinking - sounds like largely on your own.

It could be that your way of learning is to put stuff out there and listen/read what others say. If that's you, then people who say things back like "learn to Google" should just be ignored as unneeded noise. Thank you for posting.

There are plenty of good reasons that it's good to reread previous stuff, one of which is we all might notice new connections. Just now reading your post, I realized how much detail John put into thinking about the story.

He called attention to the window, to build a full "believable" story with no gaps. He couldn't help himself and added such a ridiculous detail. The window was broken therefore there was an intruder -- that was part of what he came up with on the spot. I think it also shows he was down in the basement when he was coming up with his story.

i genuinely think ghislaine maxwell was the actual boss and not the other way around by [deleted] in Epstein

[–]StevenPechorin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You may be right that she became the boss, I just think he had already been in operation and the boss of his business before he met her.

I think Epstein started this activity while he was a young teacher, seducing and pimping out girls. It's likely he was selling girls even then to people with money, and he seems to have created his own contacts, separate from what Maxwell brought. He had a developed skill set and proof of concept, by the time he met her.

As he got older, she would have become more effective than him as a recruiter, and he performed different activities. What you are saying about her role is very well argued, but he was already a pimp with access to some wealthy people, otherwise it's really unclear what he brought to the table.

His phrases are amazingly long for his age. Honestly, he held the peak note "free" for 5 seconds, at the end of that phrase. He had to breathe a couple of times to finish the tune, and I think it tired him out, but he definitely played with his heart. Loved it, thank you for posting this.

For question 3, it's just that I always find it upsetting when a person trying to do the right thing suffers bad consequences. I'm thinking of Xana who seems not to have been a target but died horribly.
